Tutka Bay Lodge Chef Logan Cox is traveling to Japan on behalf of Kirsten Dixon and Tutka Bay Lodge. He is preparing Alaska seafood in October for a special Alaska Seafood celebration held at Royal Park Shiodome Hotel in Tokyo.
Logan selected thirteen dishes that reflect our fondest memories of the summer at Tutka Bay Lodge and our anticipation of the autumn now covering Alaska.
