Kirsten and Mandy Chosen by James Beard Foundation for World’s Fair in Milan

expo-milanoKirsten and Mandy will be guest chefs at the James Beard American Restaurant in the USA Pavilion in October, 2015.

The USA Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 will highlight American culinary industry, products, and entrepreneurship within the contexts of sustainability, nutrition and health, technology and innovation. Modeled on the James Beard House in New York City, the James Beard American Restaurant will serve as the hub of the pavilion’s culinary programming, and will feature a rotating lineup of acclaimed American chefs, ingredients, and dining formats.

All chefs chosen for this are recognized by the James Beard Foundation and/or the International Culinary Center, and all are members of the American Chef Corps.
