At Tutka Bay Lodge and Winterlake Lodge
If you aren’t able to join us at The Cooking School at Tutka Bay, you can still experience our cuisine. Join us in the kitchen for daily cooking sessions at 4:00 pm each day. These sessions are held at the award-winning Winterlake Lodge and the Tutka Bay Lodge, where we specialize in the seafood cuisine of Kachemak Bay.
These sessions usually continues for about 45 minutes, and are open to all ages. Cooking session topics are posted on the reception counter of each lodge.
At Redoubt Bay Lodge, our kitchen is small and open to the diners in the main lodge. You are welcome to sit at the counter and watch your chef prepare your dinner.
