In our award-winning fine-dining kitchens, we prepare our foods from scratch, we use local Alaska products when possible, grow seasonal gardens, and serve innovative and exciting cuisine to both our guests and to our staff.
Chefs in our kitchens are professionals who work closely together as a team to create seasonal menus that are some of the most innovative cuisine being served in Alaska.
Our chefs are part of our leadership and management teams. We are looking for chefs at Winterlake Lodge and Tutka Bay Lodge.

We are looking for a professional culinary educator interested in heading up our Cooking School at Tutka Bay. This position requires teaching three days per week, working in our lodge kitchen two days per week, and one day off. The Cooking School at Tutka Bay is housed in a 1940′s crabbing boat. Our cuisine emphasizes global inspiration utilizing local products.
