The Main Lodge

Remote adventure lodging at Redoubt Bay Lodge, Alaska 60° 49′ N 152° 17′ W

The small, rustic main lodge is a hand-hewn historic log cabin – it was an old original hunting camp from the 1940’s. It sits on a small knoll overlooking Big River Lakes, a chain of lakes whose waters lead to the Big River and on to Cook Inlet.

The main lodge offers dining facilities and the kitchen where all lodge meals are prepared. There is a small reference library as well as games, stationery, and small gift shop area. There is deck seating that looks over the garden on to the lake.

Coffee and snacks are always available throughout the day at the coffee bar.
