Sample Cooking Class
This summer we celebrate all things wild foraged and grown, from the sea and from the garden. Kirsten and Mandy teach each session offering techniques, recipes, and summery flavor combinations. A sample menu follows but each class is subject to change.
Each class includes a three-course menu, demo and hands on participation with lunch.
