Reservations & Payment
We request a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival at the lodge.
NEW for the 2021 season: we will not be issuing refunds. Due to the nature of our business, cash refunds are not feasible. However, Within the Wild Alaska commits to you never losing your money. You are able to transfer your deposit or payment in full to a future date (up to 2 years of original booking date) or transfer the monies on account to a different booking.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19
If trip cancellation is required due to a COVID-19 related issue (Within the Wild Alaska reserves the right of determination for COVID-19 cancellations), outside the 90-day prior to lodge stay, your deposit monies will be refunded in full. If your cancellation is within the 90-day prior window, Within the Wild Alaska will refund your deposit minus a $200 administrative fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and must contain supporting documentation.
Travel Insurance: Within the Wild does not provide refunds for travel delays or cancellations – including outcamp excursions – due to weather or illness or non-compliance of Covid-19 mandates. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Our reservations office can give those resources.
